The fabric top coasters are excellent for dye sublimation, heat transfer printing and silk screen printing. These drink coasters are made from superior bright white polyester material without a noticeable weave pattern and a flexible rubber backing. Your image will show the highest resolution giving you maximum detail, rich color and a smooth look.
Specifications:- Square drink coasters with white, polyester fabric top for commercial quality sublimation results
- 4" x 4" square shape and 1/4" thick
- Black rubber backing that is flexible and long lasting
- Features rounded corners - 1/8" radius
- A production tolerance of +/-.25mm may occur
Heat Press Settings:
Temperature: 385F
Time: 30-45 secs
Pressure: Medium
- Print image in reverse
- Place in heat press with transfer on top, and secure with thermal tape
- Press according to above time/temperature/pressure
- After pressing, remove paper immediately.
