How do I Reset my Password?

Resetting your password on our website is easy! 

Please note that a Coastal online account is different from a customer account in our main system. A Coastal online account is similar to an online profile, which saves your order history and personal information, and gives you access to unique customer options. You must Sign Up and create an account in order to have a login.

Click the link and from there you will be redirected to a login screen for registered customers and for New Customers. We encourage you to proceed with "Forgot Your Password?" at this point if you are an existing customer.

What Types of Payments do you Accept?

The following terms apply for all orders billed and shipped within the US:

  • We accept payment by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards, as well as PayPal.
    You may check out with PayPal through our PayPal Express Checkout, when ordering online. 
  • We also accept direct wire/bank transfers at the current wire transfer rate. Wire transfers are the only acceptable method of payment for international orders. 
  • Net 30 credit terms are available to customers with a minimum 6-month buying history, to those who have been in business for 3+ years, and approval with a credit application and inquiry. Please contact your account manager to discuss the necessary volume and/or to receive our credit application!

What are your International Order Payment Terms?

International orders must be paid by wire transfer/bank transfer. It has become increasingly difficult to support international orders paid by Credit Card. Twenty percent of all international orders received are fraudulent and require manual processing to ensure their validity.

Our prices do not include duty, taxes, and tariffs. International customers may be required to pay these fees to the courier, as applicable, upon delivery. We can not be responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions or other regulations that apply in countries outside the United States. We encourage you to speak with your customs office if you have any questions. 

All orders can only be processed and shipped to the billing address as verified by the issuing bank.
