Products, Pricing, Content and Specifications

All products are guaranteed to meet their minimum performance requirements as set forth by the original equipment manufacturer. When a product fails to meet these expectations or requires repair/replacement, the warranty agreement is through the manufacturer and the buyer is responsible for working with their representatives for warranty fulfillment. Coastal Business is not responsible for warranty repairs, replacement, or fulfillment. All pricing is subject to change without notice.

All features, content, specifications, products, and prices of products and services described or depicted on this Website are subject to change at any time without notice. Certain weights, measures, and similar descriptions are approximate and are provided for convenience purposes only. We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including the applicable colors; however, the actual color you see will depend on your computer system and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors. The inclusion of any products or services in this Website at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time. It is your responsibility to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal and international laws (including minimum age requirements) in regard to the possession, use, and sale of any item purchased from this Website. By placing an order, you represent that the products ordered will be used only in a lawful manner.

Heat transfer vinyl rolls may be purchased with a requested cut-down in the width of the roll (ie: a 15" roll cut to two 8" and 7" wide rolls). Each vinyl cut-down is $6.95 per cut performed.

Promotional coupon codes exclude equipment, gift certificates, mug boxes, wide-format Epson ink, Epson DTG products, Epson supplies and accessories, Mutoh Eco-Solvent Ink, Sawgrass inks, Latex inks, Neenah inkjet/laser heat transfer Paper, Select ChromaLuxe products, Vapor Apparel products, Tissue paper, Foam pillows, manufacturer parts and Overstock/Clearance. Other exclusions may apply on individual promotions. Promotional offers cannot be stacked with any other promotion. Limited quantities may apply on select promotions. Free shipping is available on any purchase of $199, that qualifies, or more on shipments within the contiguous U.S. and will be through ground shipping with the carrier of our choice. Printer rebates are valid only on the specified printers, and printer must be fully purchased, paid, and shipped prior to the rebate deadline for qualification. Any time mentioned within promotions is Central/Standard time. We do not offer adjustments on previous purchases made before the promotion, nor will the promotion be extended to purchases made after the promotion has ended. Please contact us for any further details or questions regarding our promotions.

Coastal Cash promotions have the same exclusions as mentioned above. All Coastal Cash is issued in the form of a customer credit within 2 days of the last day of the sale. In order to qualify for your store credit, you MUST have an Online Coastal Account and be signed in during the purchase of qualifying products. Shipping

Same-Day Shipping Guarantee
All orders of in-stock items placed before the 7 p.m. CST (8 p.m. EST) cut-off time will ship the same day (business days only). Orders placed after the cut-off time will ship the following business day.

If your order contains any back-ordered items, the order will ship complete, unless we are notified. Separate shipments may incur additional shipping fees.

Shipping Pricing Options
We understand the significance of free shipping and are happy to offer it to all of our customers for all orders (online and call-in) over $199 within the contiguous U.S. (excludes AK, HI, PR and APO Addresses). All dates stated in checkout are an estimated date of arrival and do not reflect a guaranteed delivery date, unless you choose expedited shipping. Please note: Expedited Rates do not include weekend deliveries.  Inclement weather can affect both our ability to get your package out same-day and the courier's ability to deliver the package within the estimated shipping date. In order to guarantee the delivery of your package by a certain date, we strongly encourage you to choose one of the expedited shipping (Expedited Rates do not include weekend deliveries) options offered at checkout. See the map below for estimated shipping times.

We also utilize Sure Post as our economy shipping option, which is a service that cooperates with your local post office for delivery. You may select this shipping option during checkout, but please note that Sure Post deliveries may take up to 9 business days to arrive and no guarantee is made on specific arrival time.

Please Note: Saturday overnight expedited shipping MUST be called in prior to the expedited shipping date (our offices are closed on weekends). Please call our Customer Success team at 800-562-7760 for more details or to place your order.

The below map shows the estimated transit business days for UPS Ground service only.

Oversized Items
Some items (such as large heat presses, cutters, and mass quantities of mugs) cannot be shipped via regular methods due to weight and will need to be shipped through a truckline carrier. We are happy to cover the shipping costs for these items if they are purchased at website pricing that qualifies for free shipping (approximately $100-$200 in cost of shipping), but the customer will be responsible for any additional fees incurred (residential fee, lift gate fee, appointment fee, etc.).

Please check individual product listings for any applicable information on special shipping requirements or give our customer success team a call for questions.

Lost Packages
In the unfortunate circumstance that a package is lost or delayed, our team will work on the customer's behalf to locate the order. Please note that due to our shipping carriers’ follow-up policies, this process may take up to 2-4 business days to resolve – but we will do our best to get you the answers you need as quickly as we can.

In some instances, packages may be delayed due to severe weather, and Express Delivery fees may not be eligible for refunds.

Customer Pick-Up Policies
Customer pickups have been suspended as of 11/18/2022.

Order & Shipping Errors
To help prevent extra fees or additional delivery time, it’s important that all shipping details are detailed correctly when placing your order online or by calling in. Please double-check all shipping information before submitting your order. Additional delivery charges due to customer errors (i.e., incorrect address or zip code entered in the online order fields) or post-order changes will be billed by UPS directly to the customer.

Email Addresses & Tracking Numbers
Please provide a valid e-mail address when placing your order. Once the order is submitted, we will send out an email confirmation for you to review. After your order has shipped, we will use this email address to send you a tracking number for your shipment.

Having your correct email address on-hand will also assist us in contacting you should a problem arise with your order. Our number one priority is ensuring that you are happy with your order and you receive your items with enough time to fulfill your own orders. We are dedicated to making every effort possible to contact you about any concerning issues we have with an order to ensure the speediest and most accurate shipping possible.

International Orders
All orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and APO addresses are shipped by the method that gives you the best rate. ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY BE ADJUSTED TO ENSURE ACCURATE SHIPPING COSTS. Shipping rates via international services do not include duties, taxes, fees, etc, which are the customers responsibility. We will confirm your order total with you if the shipping total increases. Order tracking is usually not available for APO and FPO addresses. In those instances, give our customer success team a call to get the proper shipping dates for those orders.

Payment Terms

  • We accept payment by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards, as well as Paypal.
  • You may check out with PayPal through our PayPal Express Checkout, as well as directly by sending money to [email protected] address for the order total (reference order number if so).
  • We also accept direct wire/bank transfers at the current wire transfer rate.
  • Net 30 credit terms are available to customers with a minimum 6-month buying history, to those who have been in business for 3+ years, and approval with a credit application and inquiry. Please contact your account manager to discuss the necessary volume and/or to receive our credit application!
  • All prices reflect US Dollars ($USD) and do not change based on your location. If purchasing in another country, the payment will be processed in US Dollars as we do not accept other currencies.

Return Policy

Coastal Business offers a flexible return policy to all our valued customers. All equipment and printer sales are final. If you purchased a product that you realize you don’t want or doesn’t meet your needs, we’re more than willing to take the product back (with limited exceptions) within 90 days of purchase. Please contact our customer service team by emailing us at [email protected] to discuss your options:

  1. Contact us to obtain a return authorization number.
  2. Send the product back (preferably with insurance – you are responsible for any damage to the product that occurs during shipping).
  3. Once we receive the product and inspect the condition, we will issue a credit, minus a 20% restocking fee. Credit will only be given for returns received in resalable condition (unopen and unused).
  4. Re-stocking fee will be waived if the product is being exchanged.

All sales are final on the following products:

  1. Items marked as Special Order or Manufacturer Stock only (not regularly stocked).
  2. Opened ink cartridges or bottles
  3. Equipment, including but not limited to: vinyl cutters, heat presses, and printers
  4. Software

Missing/Damaged Merchandise

If you feel that you’ve received damaged merchandise, or are missing items in your package, please contact us as soon as possible, so that we can take the proper steps.

  1. Please check your package immediately upon receipt to confirm all ordered items are included. If items are damaged, please contact us within 3 -5 business days of delivery and we will credit your account for the items in question. If damaged merchandise, we will need pictures of the damage to be emailed to our support team - [email protected]. Please retain any damaged product until after you have received your credit.
  2. If items are missing, please allow 1-2 business days for our team to contact our warehouse for verification. 
  3. After 15 days post-delivery, Coastal Business Supplies is not required to credit for any damaged or missing merchandise in your shipment.

Defective Merchandise

If you feel that you have received defective merchandise, we will attempt to resolve the issue along with the following guidelines:

  • If the product is equipment:

    We'll request that you speak with either our technical support department or the manufacturer to resolve the issue.
  1. If it's a matter of print settings or maintenance needed for set-up, our technical support department will be able to assist.
  2. If there is a physical issue or malfunction of the equipment, the manufacturer will resolve this issue directly with the customer under the terms of the warranty agreement. Coastal Business Supplies' techs are not able to troubleshoot, repair, or replace any parts or equipment outside of the manufacturer's warranty redemption policy.
  • If the product is paper, ink, supplies, etc.
  1. If we can determine over the phone that the product is defective, we will issue a call tag allowing you to send the product back to us at our expense and will issue a credit.
  2. If we cannot determine that the product is defective, we will request that you send in a sample (or send in the total product with a return authorization) for further testing - a call tag will not be issued.
  3. Upon testing in our offices, if the product is defective, our customer service team will work with you to assist with a credit.
  4. If we find that the product is NOT defective, our customer service team will work with you to determine what credit may be available. Credit will only be given for products that are in resalable condition.

Accuracy of Information

Coastal attempts to ensure that information on this Website is complete, accurate and current. Despite our efforts, the information on this Website may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. We make no representation as to the completeness, accuracy or currentness of any information on this Website. For example, products included on the Website may be unavailable, may have different attributes than those listed, or may actually carry a different price than that stated on the Website.
