Products, Pricing, Content, and Specifications
All products are guaranteed to meet their minimum performance requirements as set forth by the original equipment manufacturer. When a product fails to meet these expectations or requires repair/replacement, the warranty agreement is through the manufacturer and buyer is responsible for working with their representatives for warranty fulfillment. Coastal Business is not responsible for warranty repairs, replacement, or fulfillment. All pricing is subject to change without notice.
All features, content, specifications, products and prices of products and services described or depicted on this Website are subject to change at any time without notice. Certain weights, measures and similar descriptions are approximate and are provided for convenience purposes only. We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including the applicable colors; however, the actual color you see will depend on your computer system and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors. The inclusion of any products or services in this Website at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time. It is your responsibility to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal and international laws (including minimum age requirements) in regard to the possession, use and sale of any item purchased from this Website. By placing an order, you represent that the products ordered will be used only in a lawful manner.
Heat transfer vinyl rolls may be purchased with a requested cut-down in the width of the roll (ie: a 15" roll cut to two 8" and 7" wide rolls). Each vinyl cut-down is $6.95 per cut performed.
Coupon Code/Discount Terms
Promotional coupon codes exclude equipment, gift certificates, wide format Epson ink, Mutoh Eco-Solvent Ink, Sawgrass inks, select Chromaluxe products and Vapor Apparel products. Other exclusions may apply on individual promotions. Free shipping is available on any purchase of $149 or more on shipments within the contiguous U.S. and will be through ground shipping with the carrier of our choice. Printer rebates are valid only on the specified printers, and printer must be fully purchased, paid, and shipped prior to the rebate deadline for qualification. Any times mentioned within promotions is Central/Standard time. We do not offer adjustments on previous purchases made before the promotion, nor will the promotion be extended to purchases made after the promotion has ended. Please contact us for any further details or questions regarding our promotions.
Coastal Cash promotions have the same exclusions as mentioned above. All Coastal Cash is issued in the form of a customer credit within 2 days of the last day of the sale. In order to qualify for your store credit, you MUST have an Online Coastal Account and be signed in during the purchase of qualifying products. You can access your account by signing in HERE or to create a Coastal Online account by signing up HERE.
Same-Day Shipping Guarantee
All orders of in-stock items placed before the 7 p.m. CST (8 p.m. EST) cut-off time will ship the same day (business days only). Orders placed after the cut-off time will ship the following business day.
If your order contains any backordered items, a customer success representative will reach out to you via phone/email – if we fail to reach you, your order may be held until it can ship completely. Separate shipments may incur additional flat-rate shipping fees.
Shipping Pricing Options
We understand the significance of free shipping and are happy to offer it to all of our customers for all orders (online and call-in) over $150 within the contiguous U.S. (excludes AK, HI & PR). See the map below for estimated shipping times.
For orders under $150, we’ve created a tiered pricing system corresponding to order value. All shipments that apply to our tiered pricing grid are sent from our St. Louis warehouse via Ground Shipping or Home Delivery.

We also utilize FedEx SmartPost as our economy shipping option, which is a service that cooperates with your local post office for delivery. You may select this shipping option during checkout, but please note that SmartPost deliveries may take up to 9 business days to arrive and no guarantee is made on specific arrival time.
Expedited shipping and standard FedEx Ground Shipping options are available at an additional expense to guarantee arrival by a certain day or your shipping will be refunded (see FedEx Money-Back Guarantee Policy for specifications). Please read through your checkout page for all available shipping rates and options in your area.
Please Note: Saturday overnight expedited shipping MUST be called in prior to the expedited shipping date (our offices are closed on weekends). Please call our Customer Success team at 800-562-7760 for more details or to place your order.
Some items (such as large heat presses, cutters and mass quantities of mugs) cannot be shipped via regular methods due to weight and will need to be shipped through a truckline carrier. We are happy to cover the shipping costs for these items if they are purchased at website pricing that qualifies for free shipping (approximately $100-$200 in cost of shipping), but the customer will be responsible for any additional fees incurred (residential fee, lift gate fee, appointment fee, etc.).

In the unfortunate circumstance that a package is lost or delayed, our team will work on the customer's behalf to locate the order. Please note that due to our shipping carriers’ follow-up policies, this process may take up to 2 business days to resolve – but we will do our best to get you the answers you need as quickly as we can.
In some instances, packages may be delayed due to severe weather, and Express Delivery fees may not be eligible for refunds.
Customer Pick-Up Policies
For orders above $40, local customers have the option to pick up their items from our Hazelwood, MO location (as long as their desired products are in-stock at our warehouse). Order pick-up is available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. until 12 p.m. and resumes from 2 p.m. until 5 p.m. (CST).
Order & Shipping Errors
To help prevent extra fees or additional delivery time, it’s important that all shipping detail are detailed correctly when placing your order online or by calling in. Please double-check all shipping information before submitting your order. Additional delivery charges due to customer errors (i.e., incorrect address or zip code entered in the online order fields) or post-order changes will be billed by FedEx directly to the customer.
Email Addresses & Tracking Numbers
Please provide a valid e-mail address when placing your order. Once the order is submitted, we will send out an email confirmation for you to review. After your order has shipped, we will use this email address to send you a tracking number for your shipment. Sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager to receive alerts when your packages are shipped, request for packages to be held at a pickup location, request a vacation hold, and view the arrival dates of your shipments.
Having your correct email address on-hand will also assist us in contacting you should a problem arise with your order. Our number one priority is ensuring that you are happy with your order and you receive your items with enough time to fulfill your own orders. We are dedicated to making every effort possible to contact you about any concerning issues we have with an order to ensure the speediest and most accurate shipping possible.
All orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and APO addresses are shipped by the method that gives you the best rate. ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY BE ADJUSTED TO ENSURE ACCURATE SHIPPING COSTS. We will confirm your order total with you if the shipping total increases. Order tracking is usually not available for APO and FPO addresses. In those instances, give our customer success team a call to get the proper shipping dates for those orders.

We accept payment by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards, as well as Paypal.
You may check out with PayPal through our PayPal Express Checkout, as well as directly by sending money to [email protected] address for the order total (reference order number if so).
We also accept direct wire/bank transfers at the current wire transfer rate.
Net 20 credit terms are available to customers with a minimum 6-month buying history and have been in business for 3+ years. Please contact your account manager to discuss the necessary volume and/or to receive our credit application!
Coastal Business offers a flexible return policy to all our valued customers. For all return information and procedures, please click here. All equipment and printer sales are final. If you purchased a product that you realize you don’t want or doesn’t meet your needs, we’re more than willing to take the product back (with limited exceptions) within 90 days of purchase. Contact us to obtain a return authorization number
Send the product back (preferably with insurance – you are responsible for any damage to the product that occurs during shipping).
Once we receive the product and inspect the condition, we will issue a credit, minus a 20% restocking fee. Credit will only be given for returns received in resalable condition (unopen and unused).
- Re-stocking fee will be waived if the product is being exchanged.
- Items marked as special order only (not regularly stocked).
- Opened ink cartridges or bottles
- Equipment, including but not limited to: vinyl cutters, heat presses, and printers
- Opened software
If you feel that you’ve received damaged merchandise, or are missing items in your package, please contact us as soon as possible, so we can take steps to replace or repair your product.
- Please check your package immediately upon receipt to confirm all ordered items are included. If items are missing or damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery and we will expedite the shipment of your replacement items.
- Beyond 3 days of delivery but up to 15 days after delivery, we will replace any missing or damaged merchandise at our expense and freight shipment, but any expedited shipment fees are at the buyer's expense.
- After 15 days post-delivery, Coastal Business Supplies is not required to replace or credit for any damaged or missing merchandise in your shipment.
- If items are damaged, we may need photos showing the damage to properly file a claim for credit. Please retain any damaged product until after you have received your replacement products.
If you feel that you have received defective merchandise, we will attempt to resolve the issue along the following guidelines:
If the product is equipment:We'll request that you speak with either our technical support department or the manufacturer to resolve the issue.
- If it's a matter of print settings or maintenance needed for set-up, our technical support department will be able to assist.
- If there is a physical issue or malfunction of the equipment, the manufacturer will resolve this issue directly with the customer under the terms of the warranty agreement. Coastal Business Supplies' techs are not able to troubleshoot, repair, or replace any parts or equipment outside of the manufacturer's warranty redemption policy.
If the product is paper, ink, supplies, etc.
- If we can determine over the phone that the product is defective, we will issue a call tag allowing you to send the product back to us at our expense and will issue a credit or replacement.
- If we cannot determine that it is defective, we will request that you send in a sample (or send in the total product with a return authorization) for further testing.
- Upon testing in our offices, if the product is defective, our customer service team will work with you to assist with a credit or exchange.
- If we find that the product is NOT defective, our customer service team will work with you to determine what credit may be available. Credit will only be given for products that are in resalable condition.
