Make any meal a special occasion by personalizing a serving tray! These sublimation blanks are sturdy enough for everyday use and attractive enough for a unique wall decoration. The sublimation hardboard bottom has a gloss white finish and is coated on one side only. The hardwood sides are pre-drilled and ready to easily assemble after sublimation. Our trays are both lighter and easier to sublimate than standard tile bottom trays.
Additional tray inserts are available separately in order to have the ability to change the images on the trays to fit any special occasion!

- Hardboard food tray and insert
- Natural finish
- Bright white sublimation surface
Heat Press Settings:
Temperature: 385ºF
Time:Â 110-120 seconds
Pressure:Â Medium
- Print image in reverse
- Check for a protective film and remove if present
- Pre press substrate for 15-20 seconds, let cool
- Place transfer face down, and secure with thermal tape
- Press according to the above settings
- Remove paper immediately
