Travel with your high-quality aluminum 10 oz mug! These metal sublimation mugs feature a glossy surface that provides vibrant colors and lids to protect your drink from spilling. They're the perfect addition to every kitchen and desk, and they are great for individual customers, businesses and as promotional giveaways.

Create a personalized mug with dye-sublimation and select transfer papers
10 oz coffee mug for sublimation
Printable Sublimation outer wrap
Stainless steel inner tank
Can contain cold or hot beverages
Food grade material, BPA free

Product Instructions

Note: Be sure to remove the lid before sublimating!

4-in-1 Mug Press

Press Temperature: 330°F
Time: 200 seconds
Pressure: Light

Attach sublimation transfer paper with image printed in reverse to the mug with thermal tape
Place mug in press at the press temperature, and close the element around the mug (to be used with an 11oz/15oz element)
Press for the specified time above needed using specified pressure
If the image begins to look blurry, or burnt brown by over-pressing, decrease pressing time by 15 - 30 seconds
Once done, remove the mug from the press and remove the transfer paper immediately
Allow the mug to cool completely before use

Oven Settings

Temperature: 395°F
Time: 5 - 7 minutes
(test in your oven for accurate time)

Attach reversed printed image to mug with thermal tape
Place mug in heat shrink bag or silicone wrap
Place in oven preheated to 395°F for approximately 5 - 7 minutes (test to determine best timing!)
Afterwards, remove the heat shrink bag / wrap and transfer immediately
Allow the mug to cool completely before use
