Neenah Reveal™ Transfer Paper for Lights is the ideal solution for custom t-shirt and fabric transfers. With advanced white transfer technology, Neenah Reveal™ allows you to create vibrant transfers onto 100% cotton - no color limitations!
Neenah Reveal™ Transfer Paper for Lights is a durable and easy to use product that produces bright full color results in one simple step.
Specifications:
- Inkjet Heat Transfer paper for light colored garments
- Recommended with 100% cotton
- Available in the following sizes: 8.5" x 11", 8.5" x 14", 11" x 17", 13" x 19"
- One step, self-weeding
- Paper has a one-year shelf life, must be stored in a cool, dry environment and in a sealed poly bag. Do not remove from carton or poly bag until you are ready to use.
Required Equipment and Supplies:
- Epson ET 8550 Printer
- Vivid Ink - CMYK + W (Clear) - Full Set and Eaches
- PrintPerfect™ Driver - Windows only
- Commercial Heat Press
Heat Press Settings:
Temperature: 373°F
Time: 18 Seconds
Pressure: Heavy
- Print transfer using the Epson ET 8550, correct ink configuration (CMYK +W(Clear), driver, and software
- Place transfer, face down, on pre pressed garment
- Press at the recommended settings above
- Remove transfer as a hot peel in one swift motion
- Re-press transfer with a silicone sheet for 30 seconds
- Wait 24 hours prior to washing
To use a foil application:
- Print transfer using the Epson ET 8550, correct ink configuration (CMYK +W(Clear), driver, and software
- Place transfer, face down, on pre pressed garment
- Press at 373°F, 18 Seconds, Heavy pressure
- Remove transfer as a hot peel in one swift motion
- Place foil on top of transfer (foil backing on top of transfer, Foil color front facing)
- Press at 373°F, 30 Seconds, Heavy pressure
- Let foil cool, and remove
- Wait 24 hours prior to washing
