These additional tray inserts allow you to change the images on serving trays to fit any special occasion! Make any meal a special event by personalizing a serving tray! The hardboard insert has a gloss white finish and is coated on one side for dye sublimation. The hardwood sides are pre-drilled and ready to easily assemble after sublimation. Our trays are both lighter and easier to sublimate than standard tile bottom trays.

Please note, as of 12/2024, pressing instructions have changed on Unisub MDF products. Please see revision:
Heat Press Settings:
Temperature: 355 - 365°F
Time: 90 - 120 Seconds
Pressure: Medium
- Print image in reverse
- Check for protective film before pressing, and remove if present
- Place in heat press with transfer on top, secure with thermal tape
- Press according to above time/temperature/pressure
- After pressing, remove paper immediately
Heat Press Settings:
Temperature: 385ºF
Time:Â 60 Seconds
Pressure:Â Medium
- Print image in reverse
- Check for protective film before pressing, and remove if present
- Place in heat press with transfer on top, secure with thermal tape
- Press according to above time/temperature/pressure
- After pressing, remove paper immediately
