Available for FCX200/FC4500 Series cutters, this on-site service program puts a trained technician at your door to resolve the issue in person and saves you the hassle of shipping your product to a Graphtec Authorized Service Center for repairs. Utilizing this program is the most cost-efficient and quickest way to resolve the issue and get you back to production.
The warranty extension offers up to 4 years of coverage when purchased within 90 days of the cutting plotter purchase date. All consumables subject to wear and tear (blades, blade holders, and push roller wheels) are not covered under the extended protection plan.
