Endura fabric is a high-quality polyester pressing fabric designed for use with ChromaLuxe photo panels. It acts as a protective cover during pressing, allowing moisture to pass through the material instead of becoming trapped. This helps ensure a cleaner transfer and more consistent final results.
Usage Tips for Best Results
For optimal performance, we recommend conditioning the sheet before first use. During the initial presses, the surface may feel slightly tacky. To resolve this, run 3–4 “ghost presses” using Kraft/parchment paper or scrap transfer paper. This helps smooth the surface and prevents sticking during production.
Keep in mind that durability can vary depending on pressure settings. High-pressure presses (higher PSI) may reduce the lifespan of the sheet. On average, each Endura sheet lasts approximately 10–15 presses, though some users may achieve more depending on their application and press conditions.
