Meet Cory Bryson, Coastal’s New Director of Sales!

Big news, Coastal family! We’re thrilled to introduce Cory Bryson, who officially joined our team on December 1, 2025. With more than 15 years of sales leadership across multiple industries, Cory brings a strategic, people-focused, and seriously inspiring approach to helping Coastal continue delivering the exceptional experience our customers know and love.

A Proven Leader With a Diverse Background

Cory has held key roles, including Director of Business Development and Inside Sales Leader. His career also spans to online education, banking, and healthcare, giving him a broad understanding of customer needs and sales performance systems.

He specializes in:

  • Sales leadership & team development

  • Contract negotiation & consulting

  • Data-driven growth strategies

  • Cross-department collaboration

  • Implementing innovative sales frameworks

Cory holds an MS in Human Resource Management, a BA in Criminal Justice, and professional certifications from Villanova University, Notre Dame, and The University of San Francisco.

Cory is gearing up to bring fresh momentum to Coastal’s 2026 sales strategy. His focus? Creating an even more engaging experience for our customers and strengthening the connections that make Coastal special.

Beyond the Office

When Cory’s not leading sales teams, he’s all about family and fun:

  • Dog dad to a lovable bloodhound named Daisy Mae

  • Former competition BBQ team member (7 years!)

  • Live music enthusiast
