Frequently Asked Questions

If I have a CreativeStudio Premium Subscription do I lose it ?

All CreativeStudio premium subscription users are grandfathered into MySawgrass+ subscription. You will need to create an account with the same email address that you use for CreativeStudio and the subscription will be automatically enabled for use.

Will my Creative Studio Username and Password work for logging into MySawgrass?

MySawgrass will require you to create a new account. We recommend you use the same email address that you currently use.

Can I create my own templates in MySawgrass?

If you are not seeing a desired blank in the MySawgrass product gallery, you can create your own by using Custom Canvas.  Custom Canvas allows you to build your print area by setting the shape, dimensions and bleed in one of the following ways: use the default square, pick one of Sawgrass's provided shapes, or upload your own .svg template file.  When adding your own shape, you only need the print area from your template.  If your template file is not in the .svg file format, you can use one of several free online converters to change that to an .svg format.” use.

What software can I use to print using the Sawgrass Print Utility?

Sawgrass Print Utility can be used in conjunction with Sawgrass's web-based, all-in-one MySawgrass platform.  You can also print to Sawgrass Print Utility from any program using the “Send to Sawgrass Print Utility” functionality.  You will choose your settings in Sawgrass Print Utility and then choose “Send to Sawgrass Print Utility” in the print box in your program.  Unlike previous versions of our print management software, this function works on both Windows and Mac platforms.

Why not develop these functions on Creative Studio and Print Manager?

Per Sawgrass: The current platform is not conducive to meet the user's demands. The new platform is not only built using more advanced technology, but is also scalable in the long-term.
