Siser Brick 600 has been reformulated for easier cutting and weeding. Add another dimension to your vinyl designs with Brick, the thickest heat transfer vinyl on the market that literally pops! This distinctive product stands at spectacular 600 microns thick and a few colors to choose from!

Specifications:
  • NEW Thickness of 23.6 mils.(600 microns) formerly 39.3 mils (1000 microns). Now easier to cut and weed!!
  • 60 degree blade preferred but a 45 degree blade will work with the new 600 micron thickness.

  • Cotton, Polyester, Cotton/Poly blends

  • Siser Brick is a heat transfer vinyl material meant for use with a vinyl cutter. This is not a printable vinyl. Do not attempt to run it through a printer.

Silhouette Cameo:

  • Blade: Standard, 10
  • Material: Heat Transfer, Flocked
  • Speed: 4
  • Force: 33

Scan N Cut:

  • Blade: Standard, 10
  • Cut Speed: 1
  • Cut Pressure: 2

Roland GS/GX-24:

  • Blade: 60°
  • Gram Force: 150-190
  • Speed: 30 cm/s

Graphtec:

  • Blade: 45°
  • Gram Force: 8-9
  • Tool: CB09U+0
  • Speed: 30 cm/s

 

Application Instructions

Heat Press (Strongly Recommended)

  • Cut in reverse
  • Weed excess material
  • Preheat garment for 2-3 seconds
  • Apply design at 311°F/150°C
  • Use medium/firm pressure for 20 seconds
  • Peel carrier cold

Home Iron

  • Set iron dial between Cotton and Linen
  • Cover design with Kraft paper or non-stick cover sheet
  • Place on flat, hard surface (ironing board not recommended)
  • Press iron with medium/firm pressure (do not slide iron)
  • Press each section of design for 10-15 seconds
  • If areas of design lift after application, replace cover sheet and re-press for 10 seconds
  • Peel carrier cold

Laundering

  • Wait 24 hours before 1st wash
  • Machine wash cold / mild detergent
  • Do not bleach or dry clean
  • Hang item to dry or dry on normal setting
