Techniprint 4.0 is a brand new product created to grow with the newest toner chemistry technology and the new low priced laster printers. Neenah Paper studied what could be improved in the laser printable heat transfer products and addressed the opportunities for growing this market. Techni-Print 4.0 is now certified to work with the Indigo 7000 and 5500 series printers!

Techni-Print 4.0 Heat Transfer Paper is a hot peel product that has five new and improved features:

Peels easily.

Works with the newest toner chemistry.

Has significantly less toner scatter for whiter whites.

Saves money and saves time. Runs well on the new less expensive laser printers to produce shirts faster and more economically.

Designed for Laser machines with or without fuser oil.

Techni-Print 4.0 Heat Transfer Paper will feed through most laser color printers and laser color copiers. It offers the same great wash and vivid color as the original Techni-Print transfer paper and can be used on cotton, poly or blends. This hot peel product is recommended for commercial shops and professional shirt producers. This product works well on t-shirts, sweatshirts, heavier fabrics, wood veneer, leather and other surfaces. 

Preparing Image:

Check printer settings; Start with plain paper mode. If toner does not fuse completely or you get lines in your print, adjust your setting to a heavier paper mode like heavy or transparency.

Print design on the paper with the correct orientation. (MIRROR/REVERSE the image.) This can be done within the printer's property panel. For additional information, see your printer's instruction manual.

Print the image on the blank side of the transfer paper. (Not the side with the text.)

Paper should be fed into the printer short dimensions first. (grain long)

Cut-out Design

For best results trim the image before applying to garment.

Using an image with rounded corners will help prevent corner liftoff after washing.

Preparing for Transfer:

Heat Press Application (REQUIRED)

Prepare heat press at 375 degrees F.

Press fabric first to ensure flatness and to remove any moisture; remove and let cool.

Replace fabric on press.

Place heat transfer paper with image facing down in desired position on fabric.

Using above recommended temperature, apply firm pressure (60 PSI or greater) for 30 seconds.
