About: Kan't Kopy Security Paper is ideal for original manuscripts, coupons, reports, checks, prescriptions, legal documents, games, contests, stock certificates, direct mail, award certificates, gift certificates, and other security-sensitive applications.
Sheets are printed in red, blue and green. The finished Kan't Kopy Paper is packed in 250-sheet packs and 10-pack cases.
Technology: When documents, reproduced on Kan't Kopy Paper, are copied a "VOID" pattern appears on the copies. This internationally-patented process uses moirés* to create the pattern on both black & white and color photocopies of the original document. Scans of the original also appear "VOID". A special viewer will reveal the pattern.
Further security is provided by a simulated watermark printed on the reverse side of each Kan't Kopy sheet. This watermark is visible when the sheet is held at an angle.
It can't be forged by a copier, printing press or computer. There is no
other way to "watermark" a sheet except during the actual paper- making process, which requires
expensive dies, long delivery times, and ordering large quantities. This patented process is nearly
identical to a paper mill watermark mark. To be truly effective, Security Paper must contain features that are very difficult to replicate,
and are easily identified and verified by the untrained inspector.
