•All equipment, software and printer sales are Final.

• All returns must be received in resalable condition (unopened and unused), accompanied with a Return Authorization number issued by Coastal Business Supplies, Inc.

• Credit for all returns is subject to product inspection.

• A 20% restocking fee will be charged to all returns other than confirmed defective merchandise.

• Return Authorization Numbers are valid for 30 days.

• All returns of defective merchandise must be made within 30 days of invoice date.

• Special ordered merchandise cannot be returned unless confirmed defective.
