If your online order exceeds our $149 free shipping level, you will receive FREE GROUND SHIPPING (continental U.S. only - excludes AK, HI & PR). To ensure that you receive the free shipping, please choose the “Free Shipping” option during the checkout process. In order to receive free shipping, you must place your order online. Free shipping obtained through promotions or coupon codes is ONLY on orders placed online for shipment within the continental U.S. and will be shipped via our preferred carrier.
Some items, such as large heat presses, cutters and large quantities of mugs, cannot be shipped via regular methods due to weight and need to be shipped through a truckline carrier. Coastal is happy to cover the shipping costs for these items that qualify for free shipping, but the customer will be responsible for any additional fees incurred (residential fee, liftgate fee, appointment fee).
