•I am having problems adding items to my shopping cart and/or checking out!Please make sure that your Cookies are enabled. You can adjust your settings by going to Internet Options in your Control Panel and changing your Privacy setting to accept cookies.

•I don't see the item I am looking for, can you get it for me?Sure we can, but first try entering your part# or model# in the search tips box in the above right corner of your browser. If you still can't find your product please call 800-562-7760 ext.129, 131 or email info@coastalbusiness.com regarding products you do not see online.
•Do I have to have an account or login to order online?No, you do not need to be a current customer or have any special login to order on our website. The login feature allows you to expedite the checkout process, check an order status, or repeat a past order.
•When will my order be shipped?Orders on In-Stock items received by 7:00pm CST (Mon. - Fri.) will ship that day. Orders received after 7:00pm CST and orders received on weekends and holidays will ship the next business day. To inquire about if a particular item is In-Stock, call us at 1-800-562-7760. •Do you ship Internationally?Yes, we do ship Worldwide. Please click here to view our International Terms & Conditions.
•How does Coastalbusiness.com ensure that my personal information is protected?Security: We use a SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) connection throughout the checkout process, which is the highest level of encryption or security possible. •I'm having problems placing my order online, can you help me?Sure!
1.) Find the product you want to purchase and click the buy button. This adds the product to your shopping cart (which you should see on the right column of our site).
2.) Add additional items to your cart by following step 1 or click "Checkout" in your shopping cart to proceed into our Secure Checkout pages. There are 5 steps in our checkout process.
3.) Fill out the appropriate fields and click next until you reach our order confirmation screen. That's it! (By entering an email address, you will receive an Order Confirmation email instantly and another email when your order is shipped.
