Shipping
Coastal Business Supplies uses UPS, FedEx Ground, DHL, and LTL carriers as its primary carriers. The choice of carrier for your particular order will be made based on size/weight of package and delivery location. This along with our "Same business day shippinging" Shipping policy ensures that your order reaches any where in the continental USA within 5 business days. Actually for most states and most orders, your order will reach in 2 to 4 working days.

Note: Additional delivery charges due to customer error (i.e. wrong address or zip code) or change will be billed directly to the customer.

Please provide a valid e-mail address when ordering, an e-mail confirmation will be sent out when your order ships. This will assist us in contacting you should a problem arise with your order. We make every effort to contact you concerning issues with an order as we too want every order to ship the same day!!!

All orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and APO addresses are shipped by the method that gives YOU the best rate. ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY BE ADJUSTED TO INSURE ACCURATE SHIPPING COSTS. We will confirm a new order total with you if the shipping total INCREASES. Order tracking is usually not available for APO and FPO addresses. You may call us to get only the shipping date in those instances.

If ordering more than one type of product, your shipment may originate from more than one location and deliveries may arrive, and be packaged, separately. Coastal Business Supplies will ensure the package is shipped from the most cost and time efficient location available.

Coastal Business Supplies retains the right to charge additional fees for special requests, bulk orders over 150lbs that require special shipping, and all LTL (pallet) orders. Coastal Business Supplies will contact the customer prior to shipment if any changes are made. To ensure speedy shipping please list accurate contact information.
