Photo-Trans Plus Heat Transfer Paper

Photo-Trans Plus heat transfer paper is a well know brand of heat transfer paper that is made for use in color copiers with a fuser oil or laser printers with a fuser oil. PHOTO-TRANS PLUS Heat Transfer Paper is a single step process offering trouble free tray feeding in most color laser copiers. PHOTO-TRANS PLUS provides excellent graphic reproduction on T-shirts, sweatshirts, caps, Coverworks binders, leather, puzzles, totebags, etc., in bright, washproof color. Phototrans Plus must be applies with a heat press.

PhotoTrans Plus Instructions
Photo-Trans Plus should be fed into your copier with the short
dimension first (grain long).
Trim away any unprinted paper around your image that you
do not want to transfer.
Apply with a commercial heat press to assure consistent
pressure and heat. DO NOT use a hand held iron as the
impression will not wash or transfer well.
Be sure to choose garments that have a tight weave. This
is particularly important when transferring to sweatshirts.
375 degrees for 15 seconds, use Heavy Pressure.
For best results: T-Shirts, Wait 5 seconds before peeling transfer.
Sweatshirts: Wait 5-20 seconds before peeling transfer.
Wash garments inside-out in warm or cold water on a gentle setting.
Do NOT use bleach and do not iron directly over the image.
After washing, colors may fade slightly. To restore the colors
to their original brightness, place a sheet of regular white
paper over the image and iron at a low cotton setting.
It is essential to test the paper you plan to use before
beginning production to determine suitability of the paper when
used with your equipment, methods, and substrate material.
