The 394 Mouse Pad Press is a high production, twin station heat transfer press. Designed for optimal pressing efficiency in a demanding heat transfer production environment, the 394 Mouse Pad Press removes operator inefficiency and pressing delays in a compact and user-friendly design.
To meet the massive demand for high production Mousepad imprinting, the 394-MPT was developed with a special registration system for material placement and transfer registration. Crosshair locating bars are machined on the lower platens for perfect and fast placement of mousepads or other imprintable items. Plunger pins in the corners of the lower heat platens allow for perfect alignment of the transfer material over the mousepads. The pins hold the transfer material in place to guarantee an ideal line up every time with fast and easy setup of the materials. For heat transferring 4-up or 6-up mousepads, wristpads, coasters or other related items, the 394-MPT is the ideal high production heat press machinery solution... proven by countless industry manufacturers of items such as those mentioned above.
Coupled with the Digital Knight Heat Press state-of-the-art control system, and a solid steel and casting frame structure, the 394 provides extended dependable service in even the most demanding production environments. The 394 exerts up to 12,000 pounds of force, the capacity necessary for Embossing. The high wattage heater in the 394 will keep up with any heat pressing demand, ensuring absolutely no heat recovery issues often found with standard presses. The 394 is configured for standard T-shirt transfer & textile printing, and is easily adapted for other substrates such as ceramics, woods, metals, mousepads and fusing & lamination applications.
