11oz. Ceramic Mugs
Instructions

Idle Temp. Press Temp. Pressure Time
380F 385F Firm 180-200 sec.


Attach sublimation transfer paper with image printed in reverse to the mug with thermal tape.

Place mug in heat press on its side at the idle temperature of 380F, and close the element firmly around the mug. If the mug handle is touching the metal of the mug press, then it is too tight.

Press the green PLAY button to begin the mug pressing cycle.

Once done, remove the mug from the press and remove the transfer paper immediately. You may submerge in room temperature water or allow to cool in front of a fan to prevent the image from bleeding.


15oz. Ceramic Mugs
Instructions

Idle Temp. Press Temp. Pressure Time
380F 385F Firm 200-220 sec.


Attach sublimation transfer paper with image printed in reverse to the mug with thermal tape.

Place mug in heat press on its side at the idle temperature of 380F, and close the element firmly around the mug. If the mug handle is touching the metal of the mug press, then it is too tight.

Press the green PLAY button to begin the mug pressing cycle.

Once done, remove the mug from the press and remove the transfer paper immediately. You may submerge in room temperature water or allow to cool in front of a fan to prevent the image from bleeding.


Water Bottles
Instructions

275F 330F Medium 15 sec.


Use the Water Bottle Element in the Mug Press for this item!
This will be the 1/2" thick straight element included in your package.

Attach sublimation transfer paper with image printed in reverse to the water bottle with thermal tape.

Place water bottle in heat press on its side at the idle temperature of 275F, and close the element with medium pressure around the side.

Press the green PLAY button to begin the pressing cycle.

Once done, remove the water bottle from the press and remove the transfer paper immediately. Allow the water bottle to cool completely before use.


Glass Mugs
Instructions

Idle Temp. Press Temp. Pressure Time
330F 360F Light/Medium 150 sec.


Attach sublimation transfer paper with image printed in reverse to the mug with thermal tape.

Place mug in heat press on its side at the idle temperature of 330F, and close the element with light to medium pressure around the side. Excessive pressure will cause the mug to crack.

Press the green PLAY button to begin the pressing cycle.

Once done, remove the mug from the press and remove the transfer paper immediately. Allow to cool completely before use or packaging.


Glass Steins
Instructions

Attach sublimation transfer paper with image printed in reverse to the travel mug with thermal tape.

Place travel mug in heat press on its side at the idle temperature of 230F, and close the element with medium pressure around the side.

Press the green PLAY button to begin the pressing cycle.

Once done, remove the mug from the press and remove the transfer paper immediately. Allow to cool completely before use or packaging.


Ceramic Steins
Instructions

300F 360F Medium 280 sec.


Attach sublimation transfer paper with image printed in reverse to the stein with thermal tape.

Place stein in heat press on its side at the idle temperature of 300F and close the element with medium pressure around the side.

Press the green PLAY button to begin the pressing cycle.

Once done, remove the stein from the press and remove the transfer paper immediately. Allow to cool completely before use or packaging.


Plastic Mugs

Be sure to use the aluminium insert so that the mug does not lose shape due to the heat!

Attach sublimation transfer paper with image printed in reverse to the mug with thermal tape.

Place mug in heat press on its side at the idle temperature of 230F and close the element with medium pressure around the side.

Press the green PLAY button to begin the pressing cycle.

Once done, remove the mug from the press and remove the transfer paper immediately. Allow to cool completely before use or packaging.


Sippy Cups
Instructions

Attach sublimation transfer paper with image printed in reverse to the mug with thermal tape.

Place mug in heat press at the idle temperature of 280F, and close the element firmly around the mug. If the mug handle is touching the metal of the mug press, then it is too tight.

Press mug to 365F for 60 seconds using medium to firm pressure.

Once done, remove the mug from the press and remove the transfer paper immediately. You may submerge in room temperature water or allow to cool in front of a fan to prevent the image from bleeding.


Water Bottles
Instructions

360F 365F Medium 15 sec.


Be sure to use the smaller water bottle element!

Attach sublimation transfer paper with image printed in reverse to the water bottle with thermal tape.

Use a dummy water bottle with no transfer to allow the press to climb to the pressing temperature of 365F.

Quickly swap out the dummy water bottle for the water bottle to be pressed and press the bottle for only about 5-10 seconds.

Once done, remove the water bottle from the press and remove the transfer paper immediately. Allow the item to cool completely before use.


Glass Mugs

Attach sublimation transfer paper with image printed in reverse to the glass mug with thermal tape.

Place mug in heat press at the idle temperature of 280F and close the element with light pressure around the side.

Once done, remove the mug from the press and remove the transfer paper immediately. Allow the glass mug to cool completely before use or packaging.


Stainless Steel Travel Mugs

Once done, remove the mug from the press and remove the transfer paper immediately. Carefully remove the pressing tool -- it will be HOT. Allow to cool completely before use or packaging.


Plastic Travel Mugs
Instructions

Attach sublimation transfer paper with image printed in reverse to the mug with thermal tape. Also insert the aluminium insert at this time.

Place mug in heat press at the idle temperature of 280F, and close the element with medium to firm pressure around the side.

Once done, remove the mug from the press and remove the transfer paper immediately. Carefully remove the pressing tool -- it will be HOT. Allow to cool completely before use or packaging.

NONE 400F Medium/Firm 3-4 mins


Attach sublimation transfer paper with image printed in reverse to the mug with thermal tape.

Place mug in heat press at the pressing temperature of 400F, and close the element firmly around the mug. If the mug handle is touching the metal of the mug press, then it is too tight.

Press mug for about 3 to 4 minutes using medium to firm pressure. If you are unsure of the exact time to use, start at 3 minutes as a test, and increase the time 15 seconds if necessary. If the image begins to look blurry, or burnt brown by overpressing, decrease pressing time.

Once done, remove the mug from the press and remove the transfer paper immediately. You may submerge in room temperature water or allow to cool in front of a fan to prevent the image from bleeding.


Waterbottles
Instructions

Idle Temp. Press Temp. Pressure Time
NONE 400F Firm 3 mins


Attach sublimation transfer paper with image printed in reverse to the waterbottle with thermal tape.

Place waterbottle in heat press at the pressing temperature of 400F, and close the element firmly around the waterbottle.

Press waterbottle for about 3 minutes using firm pressure. If the image begins to look blurry, or burnt brown by overpressing, decrease pressing time by 15-30 seconds.

Once done, remove the waterbottle from the press and remove the transfer paper immediately. You may allow to cool in front of a fan to prevent the image from bleeding.


Plastic Mugs/Travel Mugs
Instructions

NONE 390F Medium 4 mins


Attach sublimation transfer paper with image printed in reverse to the mug with thermal tape.

Place mug in heat press at the pressing temperature of 390F, and close the element firmly around the mug. If the mug handle is touching the metal of the mug press, then it is too tight.

Press mug for about 4 minutes using medium pressure.

Once done, remove the mug from the press and remove the transfer paper immediately. You may submerge in room temperature water or allow to cool in front of a fan to prevent the image from bleeding.


Glass Steins

Attach sublimation transfer paper with image printed in reverse to the stein with thermal tape.

Place stein in heat press at the pressing temperature of 380F, and close the element lightly around the stein.

Press stein for about 7 minutes using light to medium pressure.

Once done, remove the stein from the press and remove the transfer paper immediately. You may allow to cool in front of a fan to prevent the image from bleeding.


Stainless Steel Travel Mugs

NONE 375F Light/Medium 3 mins


Attach sublimation transfer paper with image printed in reverse to the travel mug with thermal tape.

Place travel mug in heat press at the pressing temperature of 375F, and close the element firmly around the travel mug. Take great care to avoid touching the handle to the element - IT WILL MELT!

Press travel mug for about 3 minutes using light to medium pressure.

Once done, remove the travel mug from the press and remove the transfer paper immediately. You may allow to cool in front of a fan to prevent the image from bleeding.
