J-Next Large Format Sublimation Ink - 5 Liter (Click for Colors)
JXS65J-Next Large Format Sublimation inks are formulated for 42" printers and wider.
J-Teck introduces the newest generation of inks made with cluster technology - J-Next. This gives the inks better printability in high speed printers, such as Mimaki, Epson, Mutoh, Roland and any OEM wide format printer. J-Teck's new innovation has altered the ink's molecular structure and reduced its viscosity by over 30% to attain beneficial results.
The J-Teck Lab has created a way to capsulate the chaotic ink molecules so that they are unified into clusters. This new stable state opens the doors to numerous benefits.
Features:
Designed for new high speed printers with pressurized feeding systems
Less deflection
Greater printing accuracy
Less affected by electrostatic energy
Less distention (stretching) of the ink
Dries fast on any coated paper
Applications:
Printing on polyester and polyammid (lycra, nylon) fabrics used in sportswear and outer wear in general
Printing on mixed synthetic fabrics (min. 60% of synthetic fibres) used in sportswear and outer wear in general
Printing on plastic substrates used in the manufacturing of sport equipment such as skis, snowboards, skateboards, windsurfs etc.
Printing on every substrates (wood, ceramics, glass) overprinted with polyester-based or polyammid-based coatings.
Transfer Condition:
Can vary from 30 to 60 seconds for 180-210 degrees C according to the type of substrate
Important: We strongly suggest that the user always carry out printing, drying and transfer pretests on the substrate to be printed on in order to establish the operative conditions and the results to be achieved. We also suggest that the product be stirred before use and that the instructions written on the label and on the material safety data sheet enclosed to the products be carfully followed. Furthermore, we remind you that ink performances can vary according to the type of printer, paper and polyester fabric used in the final application.
