Neenah EPC Film (Environmentally Preferable Cuttable Film), is a cuttable, non-printable film that does not contain the chemicals other films & vinyls do. This film is NOT PVC, does not contain bisphenol A (BPA) or phthalates.

Neenah EPC Film cuts, weeds, and transfers more easily than the current films in the marketplace. There is no need to use a tape to move the image to the garment or substrate; once cut and weeded, the image is ready for transfer.

Neenah Environmentally Cuttable Film can be cut with a die or press cutter, plotter/cutter or a personal craft cutter. Great for use with the Graphtec Silhouette, Graphtec Silhouette CAMEO or the Cricut cutting machine!

Application:

All designs must be cut in reverse on a cutter/plotter.

Weed unwanted vinyl from sheet

Position image on garment in desired position

Heat Press: Press at 325F degrees for 25 seconds, medium pressure

Peel cold.

Hand Iron: Preheat iron to the highest setting (do NOT use steam)

Place garment on a smooth and hard surface (do NOT use an ironing board)

Using two hands and with heavy pressure, slide the iron up and down over the entire image for 60 seconds, then repeat going left to right for 60 seconds (less time for small area).

Peel cold.
