Chemica EasyPrint is a thin, flex vinyl perfect for use with solvent or eco-solvent printers. Achieve high printing quality while maintaining an extremely soft touch! This opaque film can be used with or without application tape, depending on your image. Chemica's printable media allows you to print customer patterns or designs directly onto transfer material using your solvent or eco-solvent printer. EasyPrint media is a 6.2 mil, white, semi-matte, PVC that's suitable for cotton, polyester, acrylic or similar fabrics.

Application:

Do NOT reverse image.

Set the printing (110 degrees F) and drying (120 degrees F) temperature

Use the adequate printing profile (for instance, with Roland select Colorip or Versawork and then profile Generic Vinyl 1. We recommend to select the option MAX IMPACT).

Remove the flex from the printer and wait for the complete dyring of inks at room temperature, at least four hours.

Weed excess material

Using an application tape is not compulsory to transfer the image. It is possible to transfer the image by hand or with a polyester application tape.

Position and heat press the image on the garment protected by a silicone paper at 320 degrees F for 20 seconds at medium pressure.

If used, peel application tape off while warm.

Maintenance:

Always respect the instructions mentioned on garments. After heat pressing, wait at least 24 hours before the first wash.

Wash inside out without bleach or any aggressive washing products.

Tumble dry.

Dry-cleaning is not necessary.

Iron inside-out.

Storage: store vertically for up to one year in a dry room, protected from sunlight.

Caution:

Printable media are very sensitive - always handle with care and with clean hands

Always store the roll in a plastic bag protected from dust
